Nadara Italy SpA is offering a Talent Acquisition Intern position based in Milan. You will join the People Experience Team to support attraction and recruitment activities within an international renewable energy company.

The internship lasts 6 months with a possible 6-month extension, a net €800 monthly allowance, and €8 meal vouchers per working day. The role is based in Milan with a flexible hybrid working model.

Competenze

• Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field (or currently completing studies)
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and People topics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS, or HR tools is a plus

Mansioni

• Support the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through different recruitment channels
• Support management of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the Communications team
• Help build and maintain relationships with universities, schools, and other stakeholders involved in attraction activities
• Support organization of career days, recruiting events, and student engagement initiatives
• Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
