Job summary

Experteer Italy is seeking an experienced PMO Partner to govern HR Operations within a global Shared Services context. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, track progress, and provide leadership with clear metrics across regions.

You will lead HR Operations governance, manage the HR Operations project portfolio, and deploy global PM practices aligned with COE capabilities, serving as a liaison between Global HR Operations and the HR PMO.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years experience in HR, HR Operations, or consulting.
• Proven experience in global HR Shared Services / multi-country operations.
• Deep understanding of HR Operations (payroll, admin, HRIS, service delivery models).
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into effective project plans.
• Solid project management skills with Agile knowledge.
• Leadership and influencing abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate global HR Operations direction into actionable plans and track delivery across regions.
• Lead HR Operations governance forums and decision-making frameworks.
• Develop and manage the HR Operations project portfolio including intake, prioritization, and budget monitoring.
• Deploy and maintain global PM practices and templates aligned with COE Capabilities & Solutions.
• Serve as the liaison between Global HR Operations and the HR PMO in COE Capabilities & Solutions.
• Proactively identify risks and issues and define mitigation plans.
• Monitor KPIs and report portfolio health to leadership with data visualization.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across regions and business units.
• Lead planning, design and execution of key deliverables (townhalls, offsites, delivery reviews, standard communications).
