Job summary

G-P seeks an HR Specialist in the Employer of Record (EOR) space to partner with clients across Southern Europe, with fluent Italian and English. You will own the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliant operations, and advise on benefits, regulatory matters, and mobility.

You will support complex employee relations, collaborate with payroll and HR legal advisors, and drive process automation while staying ahead of labour laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Deep expertise of labour laws across Southern Europe, with focus on Italy (NCBA).
• Experience supporting complex employee relations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS, and collaboration tools like Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom & Slack.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.
• Manage sensitive employee relations cases and draft legally sound documentation.
• Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
• Be the first contact for client queries on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Stay ahead of labour laws in Southern Europe to provide guidance.
• Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation.
• Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans and salary changes.
• Act as SPOC for immigration/mobility needs with Global Mobility team.
• Document processes and ensure smooth knowledge transfer for efficiency.
• Drive automation and AI adoption to streamline HR processes.
• Lead compliance governance projects across South Europe.
