Hitachi Energy seeks an experienced Program Management Office Partner to drive project execution, governance, and performance across a mature, global HR Shared Services organization. This role ensures operational excellence, global consistency, and strategic alignment within HR Operations and with partner functions.

You will collaborate with Delivery Leads, Global Process Owners, and Global Delivery Experts, aligning with enterprise HR portfolio governance and standards across the function.

Qualifications

• PM certifications like PMP or PMI-ACP preferred.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective project plans.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in global HR Shared Services / multi-country operations.
• Strong understanding of HR Operations (payroll, admin, HRIS, service delivery models).
• Track record in leading transformation and cross-functional programs.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed, international environments.

Responsabilités

• Translate global HR Operations direction into actionable plans; track delivery across regions.
• Lead HR Operations governance forums and rhythms.
• Develop and manage the HR Operations project portfolio with intake, prioritization, and budget monitoring.
• Deploy and maintain global HR best practices for project management standards.
• Co-create HR portfolio management practices and promote adoption.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular leadership status with data visuals.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across regions and units.
• Drive alignment across HR Operations teams.
• Lead planning, design, and delivery of townhalls, offsites, reviews, and comms materials.
