• Senior Growth, product marketing or demand generation experience in international B2B.
• Experience in industrial technology, machinery, manufacturing or similar
• Ability to build scalable demand-generation programs and ABM initiatives

Mansioni

• Translate group priorities into a Growth plan across markets, segments, product areas and target accounts
• Identify attractive growth opportunities using market intelligence, customer insight, competitive analysis and installed-base potential
• Prioritize campaigns, channels and markets based on measurable commercial impact and reallocate where needed
• Lead product marketing for Graphics and Label & Flexible Packaging units with business teams
• Define differentiated positioning, value propositions, target segments and launch narratives for product portfolios
• Build and manage a global demand engine across digital campaigns, ABM, content and events
• Establish audience, segmentation and target-account logic to focus resources
• Develop repeatable campaign and GTM playbooks adaptable by regions while maintaining global focus
• Build and lead a lean Growth team at headquarters with data enrichment and segmentation capabilities
