Durst Group AG, based in Como, Italy, seeks an entrepreneurial Business Unit Leader for Textile with full P&L responsibility. You will define the product roadmap, set pricing, and lead the sales team through long capital-goods cycles, aligning with global pricing governance.

The role offers a starting gross salary of €90,000 full-time, plus a performance bonus, company car, and development opportunities within a modern, international, family-owned business.

• Proven track record in digital printing or capital equipment markets.
• Full P&L responsibility in a business unit.
• Ability to bridge sales leadership and product management.

Mansioni

• Own full P&L for Business Unit Textile, driving revenue, margin and cost to profitable growth.
• Lead the sales team, own forecast, support complex capital-goods deals to closing.
• Define product roadmap and set target prices aligned with pricing governance.
• Own pricing governance and escalate conflicts to CEO/CSO for final decisions.
• Set go-to-market priorities and convert the pipeline from central Marketing.
• Leverage CRM and data infrastructure to focus on conversion and strategy.
