Lead a lean Growth team, align Sales, Marketing and regions, and ensure measurable pipeline impact. Starting gross annual salary €90,000, paid in 14 installments, with attractive employee benefits.

Competenze

• Senior Growth, product marketing or demand-generation experience in international B2B.
• Experience in industrial technology, machinery, or software-enabled solutions.
• Strong analytics and ability to convert data into pipeline and GTM initiatives.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management to align Sales and Marketing.

• Translate group priorities into a global Growth plan across markets, segments, product areas and target accounts.
• Identify the most attractive growth opportunities based on market intelligence and installed-base potential.
• Prioritize investments across campaigns, channels and markets based on measurable impact.
• Lead product marketing for the Graphics and Label & Flexible Packaging business units.
• Define differentiated positioning, value propositions, target segments, launch narratives and sales enablement priorities.
• Build and manage an integrated global demand engine across digital campaigns and events.
• Establish clear audience, segmentation and target-account logic to focus resources.
• Develop repeatable campaign and go-to-market playbooks adaptable by regions.
