Generali Group in Ravenna, Emilia-Romagna, seeks an experienced AI Validation & Governance lead to oversee GenAI and ML validation across the full lifecycle in a regulated environment. You will work with data scientists and engineers to build reusable governance tooling and monitoring.

You will align validation practices with EU AI Act and internal guidelines, identify risks, define controls, and ensure ongoing lifecycle compliance with documentation supporting audits.

Competenze

• 4–7+ years of experience in AI/ML validation, model risk, or AI governance in regulated environments.
• Strong hands-on design, validation, and testing in pipelines and prototypes.
• Advanced Python programming with emphasis on reproducibility and quality.

Mansioni

• Perform independent validation and challenge of AI/ML and agentic/Generative AI systems across the full lifecycle, including data quality and performance metrics.
• Align validation practices with regulations (e.g., EU AI Act) and internal guidelines, translating requirements into processes and controls.
• Define and implement continuous monitoring and alerting for production AI systems (drift, emerging GenAI risks).
• Maintain robust documentation and support audits, contributing to standards and best practices.
