IKEA Italy is seeking a senior finance professional to lead accounting and reporting within a multinational structure. You will partner with the Finance team to translate costs and performance into actionable insights and support business decisions.

The role includes budgeting, forecasting, cost follow‑up and management reporting, ensuring accurate controls and compliance with local and global standards. English and Italian required, permanent contract with competitive salary.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or a related field
• Professionally qualified accountant ACA/ACCA or local equivalent with strong knowledge of Gaap
• 5–7 years with increased responsibility in accounting or finance related field
• Experience in larger international structure
• Strong ability to prioritize, provide clear directions and multitask
• Business Partnering: Strategic, tactical and operational business partner with strong analytical skills
• Networking: Strong network and relationship builder both within and outside of the own organization
• Business acumen: Recognise external trends and translate into business opportunities
• Communication: Strong communicator with capacity to influence decisions and create energy and commitment within the organisation
• Change oriented: able to handle a constantly changing environment with many different stakeholders and demands
• Developing people: Ability to inspire individuals and teams to accomplish goals; motivate people to perform and grow
• Good knowledge of English and Italian language

Mansioni

• Support and educate the business with setting up and maintaining the financial structures to follow-up cost and performance and support decision making in line with global frameworks.
• Work closely with Finance team to create insight in costs and performance and support business steering
• Coordinate the budget, forecast and cost follow up including preparation of management reporting
• Support an efficient and effective cost recharging process (calculation, recharging, agreements)
• Ensure relevant, complete, accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting based on global frameworks and local legal requirements
• Contribute to global projects to develop financial operations and reporting
• Support the organisation with insight in financial performance, position and liquidity and support investment decisions and financial planning
• Ensure a safe environment for co-workers and external consultants and contractors in accordance with policies
