Axis Communications is seeking a Head of Controlling Italy to lead the national controlling function and shape business performance in Italy. This strategic role involves collaborating with international stakeholders while driving transformation in a dynamic industrial environment.

The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, performance monitoring, and ensure compliance with standards while leading a high-performing team. A degree in Finance/Accounting and 8–10 years of relevant experience is required.

The position offers a gross annual salary of €57.500 – €71.900, along with an annual bonus and other benefits.

Competenze

• 8–10+ years of experience in Controlling/FP&A, ideally in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience (min. 3–5 years managing teams).
• Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP.

Mansioni

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting to local and EMEA leadership.
• Drive performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Oversee controlling activities across four manufacturing sites.
• Act as a strategic business partner to key teams.
