IKEA is looking for a Sales leader in Italy to own unit performance, drive commercial excellence, and coordinate across channels to deliver top products and services. The role emphasizes data-driven actions, stock-aware decisions, and strong teamwork with store and service office teams.

The position requires proven sales experience, knowledge of market dynamics, and fluency in Italian and English. A permanent contract is offered with a starting gross salary of €33,400 per year.

• Take ownership of Unit performance by defining and executing action plans aligned with country priorities and monitoring KPIs to address opportunities and risks in a fast-changing environment.
• Drive commercial excellence across all channels by steering sales on top-selling, prioritized products and IKEA service solutions while ensuring the Unit is always in excellent shape.
• Use customer, market and competition insights to adapt commercial actions, responding to local needs, feedback and stock availability.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Commercial Team, Service Office matrix and P&C to ensure strong alignment and the right competence in place to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Recruit, onboard and develop the team, strengthening sales mindset, product knowledge and service competence while supporting engagement and succession planning.
