IKEA Gruppe in Lombardy (Corsico) is seeking a Facility Management professional to oversee the property lifecycle, ensuring safety, compliance, maintenance, and optimal operation for the business and customers.

You will drive FM innovations, manage external suppliers, and coordinate budgets, contracts, and long-term planning within the unit, with strong Italian and English communication.

Competenze

• Supplier management experience in external service providers and coordination
• Project management knowledge from initiation to close
• Understanding of sustainability in Facility Management (energy, water, emissions, waste)
• Knowledge of FM business processes at unit level
• High-level technical understanding of retail buildings and equipment
• Experience delivering and coordinating hard/soft FM services
• Familiarity with IT tools used in Facility Management
• Proficiency in English and Italian

• Ensure each property is managed through its lifetime including safety, compliance, maintenance and improvement
• Implement FM innovations and digital/technical solutions for the business
• Optimize property efficiency in a sustainable way
• Keep colleagues and external partners updated on FM frameworks and initiatives
• Manage long-term planning, budgeting, execution, forecasting and reporting within FM scope
• Evaluate supplier contracts to improve efficiency, costs, equipment and quality
• Coordinate external suppliers at unit level
• Build relationships with business owners to meet needs and set annual goals
• Develop the team’s competence and ensure succession planning
