IKEA Camerano, Italy, is seeking a People Planning Specialist on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will analyze staffing data, support digital people planning solutions, and help ensure schedules align with unit budgets.

You will partner with the Recruitment Delivery Manager and P&C Manager to review vacancies against headcount, and define contract levels and capacity. Fluency in Italian and English, strong Excel skills, and CCNL DMO knowledge are required.

• 2+ years in HR admin or staffing roles.
• Strong knowledge of CCNL DMO.
• Analytical with data‑driven decision making.
• Fluent Italian and proficient in English.

• Apply data analysis to improve the unit's people planning process.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Delivery Manager and P&C Manager to review vacancies against headcount.
• Support the development and implementation of digital people planning solutions.
