Descrizione del lavoro

IKEA is seeking a Store Manager in Roncadelle, Italy to lead department goals across channels and ensure an inspiring, fully stocked shop presentation. You will drive sales, forecast demand, and coordinate with P&C to have the right team in the right place.

Permanent contract with Level 2 under the Italian NC, starting gross salary €33,400 annually. Fluency in Italian and English is required; the role offers employee discounts and bonuses as part of our rewards structure.

Competenze

Proven sales experience, including people coordination responsibilities.
Knowledge of sales techniques, local market and services, sales steering, channels, cycles, data analytics and KPIs, P&L.

Follow up and act using proven solutions and good examples.
Keep the shop in excellent shape, stocked, and present IKEA range inspiring customers at every touchpoint.
