Jekson Vision in Bologna, Italy seeks an onsite service engineer to install, support, and service automation systems at customer sites. You will resolve technical issues in collaboration with software, embedded, and CCD teams, and ensure accurate service reporting and proactive customer communication.

You will coordinate with Sales, CCD, and Dispatch to manage supply and RMA processes, conduct customer trainings, and maintain installation checklists for future reference.

Competenze

• Experience in service and troubleshooting embedded systems.
• Experience with pharma packaging machinery.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, dispatch and CCD teams.

Mansioni

• Onsite visit for installation and support to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with technical/software team to remove bugs.
• Coordinate with sales and dispatch for supply issues.
• Resolve technical and non-technical issues onsite.
• Provide solutions to software/hardware issues with software/embedded/CCD teams.
• Prepare service reports and issue-based MOM.
• Coordinate with CCD, Sales to complete RMAs.
• Conduct customer trainings on Jekson Vision System and maintain documentation.
• Maintain pre-installation checklists and site installation records.
• Reference installation records for future work.
• Plan AMC for out-of-warranty systems with sales.
• Regularly audit customer sites and suggest upgrades.
