Baker Hughes in Firenze invites students and recent graduates to join its Internship Program. You will work on focused projects, gain hands-on experience, and be mentored by a buddy and manager to ensure a valuable learning journey.

You will learn internal software, collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply HS&E standards, and contribute to design, testing, and documentation while delivering customer outcomes.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics or STEM/business program.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and good communication skills.
• Eligible to work without sponsorship in the country.

Mansioni

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist with projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other interns to network with global leaders.
• Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards in all situations.
• Assist engineers or technologists with ongoing projects by conducting research and data analysis.
• Participate in design processes, creating drawings or prototypes for new products or technologies.
• Keep accurate records of experiments, designs, and project information; prepare reports as needed.
• Collaborate in software development or programming tasks with engineers.
• Work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues to achieve project goals and address issues.
