Job summary

Baker Hughes Internship Program in Italy offers students and recent graduates hands-on experience in managing projects and digitalizing processes. You will learn to use MS Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Query while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes.

You will receive coaching and mentorship to build your learning and skills, and gain exposure to Health, Safety, and Environment culture as part of a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Be currently or recently graduated in Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Management.
• Have a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country.
• Be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Power Apps, MS Power BI, MS Power Automate
• Have strong oral and written communication skills in English and Italian
• Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

Responsibilities

• Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes andidentifybusiness improvements
• Learning internal software toassistwith the completion of projects and tasks
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
• Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
• Participate in regular team meetings and project tollgate reviews
• Collaborate with various teams across the IET Gas Technology Services organization
• Receive feedback and continuously improve skills, competencies, and autonomy
