Baker Hughes Company is offering a Global Internship Program in Italy for recent graduates or current students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. You will gain hands‑on experience, work on projects, and present results while receiving coaching and mentoring in HS&E, data analysis, and process improvement.

You will be supported by a buddy and manager, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and learn internal software to drive customer outcomes and quality improvements.

Competenze

• Recently graduated with GPA >= 3.0 (or equivalent)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and spoken English and Italian communication

Mansioni

• Complete internal projects to deliver outcomes and identify improvements
• Learn internal software to support project tasks
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and interns to network with global leaders
• Apply HS&E standards to ensure compliance
• Assist in KPI dashboards, management reports and performance reviews
• Support process mapping and governance activities for Manufacturing Quality initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement and data‑driven decision making

Conoscenze
