Baker Hughes invites students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or recent graduates, to join our Internship Program in Italy. You will gain hands-on experience across marketing, commercial, and communications activities while working with global teams.

A buddy and manager will mentor you, and flexible working patterns may be available. Applicants should have a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher and be fluent in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree or recently graduated.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Fluent in Italian and English with strong communication skills.
• Legal right to work in the country without sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Support communications and commercialization projects to deliver customer outcomes.
• Learn internal tools to assist with projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to network with stakeholders.
• Create sales-ready enablement assets such as presentations and use cases.
• Execute marketing communications strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Analyze communication effectiveness and help refine initiative narratives.
• Apply HS&E standards in all situations to ensure compliance.
