Baker Hughes invites students or recent graduates to join its Internship Program in Italy to gain hands-on experience across engineering and technology projects. You will be supported by a buddy and a manager, with mentoring to develop your skills while you work on real customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes HS&E adherence, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and exposure to leadership across global businesses. Flexible working options may be discussed during application.

Competenze

• Enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, STEM or related business program.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; strong communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the country without company sponsorship or time restrictions.

Mansioni

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to interact with global business leaders.
• Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
