Job summary

Baker Hughes invites students and recent graduates to join its Internship Program in Florence, Italy. You will gain hands-on experience through focused training, team projects, and presenting results to mentors and managers.

You will work on digitalization and process improvement initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and learn HS&E standards while developing data visualization skills using Power BI and related tools.

Qualifications

• Be currently or recently graduated with a Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Management.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office and Power Platform tools (Power Apps/Power BI/Power Automate/Power Query).
• Excellent English and Italian written and verbal communication; able to work legally in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders.
• Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.
• Gain hands‑on experience in the management of operational projects.
• Develop skills in planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and risk monitoring.
