Baker Hughes invites motivated students and recent graduates to join its Internship Program in Italy. You will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, AI tools, and Microsoft 365 integrations while collaborating with global teams.

The program blends classroom learning with shop floor validation, mentoring, and exposure to HS&E standards. You will work on real projects that improve efficiency and digitalization in energy-sector manufacturing.

Competenze

• Pursuing or recently graduated in Bachelors’ or Masters in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Experience or interest in energy-sector manufacturing and digital tools to improve efficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools within the Microsoft 365 environment is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; eager to learn manufacturing processes.
• Maintain GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Improve operational processes and support AI-based solutions within Microsoft 365 (60% analysis, 40% shop floor validation).
• Analyze processes, identify improvements, develop AI-enabled tools, and verify on the shop floor with feedback from operations.
• Optimize efficiency through integrated Microsoft 365 and AI-driven solutions.
• Support manufacturing operations for energy-sector components and digitalization efforts.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operators, HSE, Facilities & Maintenance, and Quality teams.
• Work with experienced engineers on process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Gain hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing processes while contributing to innovative projects.
• Process optimization, digital transformation, and AI adoption to improve productivity.
• Support manufacturing of compressor casings, gas turbine components, and other energy products.
• Complete internal projects delivering customer outcomes and business improvements.
