Baker Hughes invites motivated students and recent graduates to join our global Internship Program in Italy. You will gain hands-on experience across engineering and technology projects, supported by a buddy and manager to maximize learning outcomes and professional growth.

You will be exposed to HS&E culture, diverse teams, and real project work, including collaboration with engineers, data scientists, and technicians to deliver value and advance innovative solutions.

Competenze

• Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills.
• Be enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related or business-related program.
• Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on 4.0 scale) or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders.
• Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Assisting engineers or technologists with ongoing projects by conducting research, data analysis, and providing technical support.
• Participating in the design process, creating drawings or prototypes, and contributing to new products or technologies.
