Moncler Group in Milan is seeking a passionate E-Comm Buying Intern to join our Global E-commerce team at our Milan HQ. This full-time, 6-month program starts in October and offers hands-on exposure to assortment planning, analytics, and online merchandising.

You will support OTB definition, stock replenishment, website taxonomy, and trade analysis while collaborating with a dynamic team. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are essential, plus a keen interest in fashion and digital trends.

Competenze

Fluent English is required.
Solid Excel knowledge is expected.
Strong interest in fashion products, trends and digital environment.
Analytical/logical thinking is a must.
Positive, collaborative and proactive attitude.
Willingness to work in a team and under pressure.

Mansioni

Support in OTB definition by country, line and category.
Assist in deciding store assortment, key investments, products depth and sizing.
Prepare and run weekly/monthly trade analysis and monitor KPIs.
Weekly stock level tracking and replenishment proposals.
Contribute to product selections for gifts, editorials, etc.
Support in defining Website Taxonomy and benchmarking.
