Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in automotive, logistics, quality, workshop, or dealer network operations.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• English level B1/B2 or higher; valid driving license; willing to travel across Italy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor VPC and PDI activities.
• Coordinate compounds, logistics providers, and dealers to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Verify compliance with quality standards and operational procedures.
• Support technical campaigns and pre-delivery actions.
• Analyze operational KPIs and prepare reports.
• Support training and operational guidance for compound and dealer staff.
• Identify and resolve operational issues impacting quality or delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Quality, Aftersales, and Dealer Network teams.
