OMODA Motors in Italy is seeking a Network Development Specialist to support growth and optimization of the dealer network, ensuring coverage, performance and brand compliance. You will analyze market potential, manage dealer appointments and coordinate network development projects aligned with corporate objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business/economics, 3+ years in dealer network or automotive retail, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/CRM, and fluent English.

• 3+ years of dealer network development or automotive retail experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of geographic analysis tools (preferred).

• Identify new dealer opportunities based on market analysis and coverage needs.
• Assist in dealer selection, appointment processes, and contractual formalities.
• Track dealer KPIs and prepare reports to drive continuous improvement and network performance.
• Conduct geographic and demographic analyses to support network development plans and coverage strategies.
• Ensure dealer adherence to brand standards, corporate identity, and operational guidelines.
• Assist in network-related projects such as relocations, new openings, and terminations, liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making and network planning.
