BYD Europe is seeking a seasoned professional to lead after-sales system design and integration across multiple platforms in the European deployment. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and drive cross-functional implementation with IT, engineering, and dealers.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, system training, and continuous improvement of digital tools to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction in a fast-growing NEV environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, SE, IS, or related field.
• Working language is English (Mandarin a plus).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in system support, software development, or digital transformation in after-sales or automotive.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and experience with system integration, database management (SQL), and data analysis.
• Familiarity with REST API, SOAP, and other interface development and system integration technologies.

Mansioni

• Requirement Analysis and Solution Design for after-sales processes and dealer systems.
• System Integration and Implementation of DMS, SAP, WMS, OMS, TIS, etc.
• Data Analysis and Reporting to support decision-making for front-line teams and management.
• Training and Technical Guidance for after-sales staff and dealers; create training materials and manuals.
• Stay updated on NEV industry tech trends and propose innovative system solutions.
