Job summary

OVS S.p.A. is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Specialist to contribute to CRM initiatives and loyalty programs across brands and markets. You will plan multichannel activities, develop personalized communications, and build segmentation strategies from customer data.

You will collaborate across Retail, Digital, Marketing, IT and local teams to drive adoption and value. You will also help maintain data quality, analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable initiatives while

Qualifications

• Solid experience in CRM and loyalty programs within Retail or Fashion.
• Experience on multi-country projects and adapting CRM to local markets.
• Proven CRM platforms experience, preferably Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands-on analytics and reporting using Looker or similar tools.
• Strong CRM/KPIs knowledge and ability to translate data into actions.
• Solid project management skills with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to management and development of CRM initiatives and loyalty programs.
• Plan and execute multichannel CRM activities to drive acquisition, engagement, retention and value.
• Develop personalized customer communications across CRM channels and loyalty materials.
• Develop segmentation and targeting strategies from customer data and lifecycle.
• Analyse data, campaign performance and KPIs to translate insights into initiatives.
• Maintain and improve customer database quality and enrichment.
• Collaborate with Retail, Digital, Marketing, IT, Data & Analytics, Legal and local teams.
• Develop and deliver CRM and loyalty training for store and local teams.
