Amplifon in Milan is seeking a Global CRM Internship to support the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives across markets. You will contribute to CRM campaigns, customer journeys and performance analysis in a data-driven, international environment.

The role runs for 6 months starting September 2026 with a monthly gross reimbursement of 1000€ and offers home office options. Join a leading Italian multinational in hearing care solutions.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in CRM, customer engagement, digital marketing, and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support designing and implementing CRM campaigns and customer journeys aligned with global engagement objectives.
• Coordinate and monitor CRM activities across markets, ensuring consistency with global guidelines.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement data to identify insights and opportunities to improve results.
• Contribute to optimization of CRM processes, tools, and channels across regions.
