Amplifon is offering a six-month curricular internship in Milan within the Global CRM & Customer Intelligence team. You will assist in collecting and integrating customer data from multiple sources, analyze behavior and segmentation, and contribute to profiling and predictive analytics projects to better understand customer needs.

You will monitor CRM campaigns and promotions, proposing optimizations based on performance insights.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Economics.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or R; experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, international environment.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
