Amplifon is seeking a talented intern to join the Global CRM & Customer Intelligence team in Milan. You will work with experienced colleagues across markets, helping align customer insights with business objectives and supporting data-driven decision making.

You'll focus on collecting and integrating customer data, analyzing behavior, and contributing to profiling and predictive analytics projects. This is a 6-month internship at our Milan HQ with flexible remote options.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (Math, Stats, Engineering, Economics).
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or R; Tableau/Power BI a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; ability to turn data into insights.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Support collection, preparation, and integration of customer data from multiple sources.
• Analyze customer behavior, identify segmentation opportunities, and uncover insights.
• Contribute to customer profiling and predictive analytics projects.
• Monitor CRM campaigns and personalized promotions; suggest optimization opportunities.
