Italy Customer Operations Internship | Milan | 6 months | Start date: September/October 2026

For our Italian Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join Italy Customer Operations Team. You will have the opportunity to work with whole marketing dept, knowing deeply customer and seller needs, in order to have a360° vision of business and build up your employability. Furthermore, you will contribute to customer operations strategy implementation to continuously improve the investments efficiency.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

You’ll be in charge of

• Managing and coordinating the customer care channels and shops tickets;
• Tracking and monitoring contact centers quality;
• Tracking and monitoring performance results across the different contact points (TV, Digital, CRM);
• Delivering business and customer care campaigns, and liaising with external and internal stakeholders;

You are the right person if you:

• Possess good command of Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel);
• Speak English and Italian fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams;
• Are energetic, flexible, committed and positive;
• Are business performance/marketing/analytics passionate and a fast learner.
