Amplifon in Milan is offering a Global Indirect Procurement Internship in October 2026 for 6 months. You will join the Global Indirect Procurement Team and contribute to savings initiatives, real estate tools, and rollout of the global store format across markets. Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus.

The role emphasizes data analysis, multi-project handling, and collaboration with a multicultural team, with 6 days remote per month and a 1000€ gross monthly reimbursement.

Global Indirect Procurement Retail Internship | Start date: October 2026 | 6 months | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Indirect Procurement Team. You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Supporting Procurement and Real Estate teams in tracking rent and CAPEX savings initiatives, monitoring budget performance across multiple countries;
• Contributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of real estate management tools, ensuring data quality and supporting lease administration and reporting activities;
• Coordinating with regional suppliers during the rollout of the global store format across different markets;
• Actively supporting the Global Retail team in the delivery of international projects and business initiatives.

You are the right person if you:

• Have a Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or similar;
• Are fluent English and willing to work with a global multicultural team. Knowledge of Italian is considered a plus;
• Have good data analysis skills;
• Possess the ability to handle multiple projects at a time;
• Have energy, flexibility and eagerness to learn and be challenged;
• Have solid knowledge of Office (advanced in Excel) and PowerBi.
