Amplifon AG in Milan, Italy, is seeking an intern to join its Global CRM team. You will support the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives across markets, contributing to campaigns, journeys, and performance analysis in a truly international environment.

Six months internship at Amplifon's Global Headquarters, with 1000€ monthly gross reimbursement, and opportunities for remote work up to 6 days/month.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in CRM, customer engagement, digital marketing, and data-driven decisions.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau/SQL is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Support design and implementation of CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
• Coordinate and monitor CRM activities across markets to ensure global consistency.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement to identify insights.
• Assist in optimizing CRM processes, tools, and channels across regions.
