Angelini Pharma seeks a Global CRM & Customer Engagement Ecosystem Adoption & Value Manager to lead adoption, implementation, and value realization of its Next-Generation CRM & CEE powered by Veeva Vault CRM Suite.

You will drive transformation from legacy systems to Veeva across global and local markets, coordinating readiness, go-live planning, and post-launch stabilization while ensuring compliance and continuity with SAP CRM.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
• 5+ years in CRM, customer engagement, or digital transformation in pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
• Strategic vision with hands-on experience in Veeva CRM/Vault or similar pharma CRM platforms.
• Proven track record building digital capability across global multi-market teams.
• Strong knowledge of field force automation, marketing automation, and pharma compliance (MLR, GDPR).

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end adoption and rollout of the Veeva Vault CRM program across Angelini organization.
• Own CRM & CEE transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive digital transformation to enhance customer experience and growth; improve operations.
• Ensure SAP CRM continuity and optimization for the CH business.
• Define, track and report adoption KPIs with dashboards for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners on adoption programs.
