Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Global Quotation & Front Office Support professional to provide pre-sales and quotation support for Cooling Service opportunities. You will translate customer requirements into accurate, competitive quotations by adapting standard scopes, costing models, and technical content for local and project-specific needs.

You will act as the technical and commercial interface among Front Offices, Service and Cooling Lines of Business, R&D and manufacturing sites,

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials and product configurations.
• Strong technical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate requirements into a quoted scope.

Responsibilities

• Provide global pre-sales and quotation support for Cooling Service opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into accurate, competitive service quotations.
• Coordinate inputs from local and regional Schneider Electric stakeholders for complex opportunities.
• Adapt standard service offers, scopes, costing models, and technical content to local/project needs.
• Support modernization and future EcoFit opportunities by identifying installed configurations and necessary upgrades.
