Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a senior role to accelerate profitable growth for Cooling Services across the INTERNATIONAL region (MEA, SAM, PACIFIC), with a focus on data centers and mission-critical environments. The role drives service adoption, expands lifecycle offerings, and ensures consistent go-to-market across IG, C&SP, Neo-Cloud and OEM customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B service sales/business development in cooling, HVAC, or data center infrastructure (with important mechanical experience).
• Proven track record in service led growth, contracts, aftermarket, modernization.
• Experience in multi country roles and matrix organizations.
• Strong commercial, technical, and executive level stakeholder management.
• Strong pipeline governance capabilities.
• Problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Orders, Sales, and Gross Margin targets for INT.
• Build and deploy the Region Cooling Service Playbook by country/zone.
• Drive 100% Cooling Service Adoption on Greenfield projects.
• Expand service penetration on installed base: contracts, digital service, parts, modernization.
• Increase service attach on greenfield cooling with differentiated customer models.
