Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or administrative back office.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to sales inspectors, dealers, and management in daily administrative and commercial activities.
• Enter and manage orders and verify prices and discounts.
• Update price lists and sales figures in Excel and internal systems.
• Send CE certificates and compliance documents.
• Assist with translations and communications to the dealer network.
• Support event organization and welcome visitors and suppliers.
