Job summary

Kubota Italy is seeking a Commercial Back Office Specialist to strengthen its Sales Support team in Milan. You will manage orders, support sales inspectors and dealers, and handle administrative tasks.

The role requires experience in back office, strong Excel skills, professional English, and excellent organization. The position offers an international, dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or administrative back office.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Accuracy, teamwork, and service orientation.
• Professional English.

Responsibilities

• Support to Sales Inspectors: manage delivery times, check availability of machines, engines and accessories, handle order modifications, send documents and monitor order progress.
• Support to Dealers: manage requests on product availability and delivery times, provide support on prices and price lists, modify delivery addresses, send CE certificates and compliance documents.
• Administrative Management: enter and manage orders, verify prices and discounts, update and monitor Excel files, manage machine orders for training, monthly verification of rebates and service fees, inventory management, update price lists, archive documents and warranty extensions, verify invoices via ESKER, update sales figures for the DRIVE and Italy.
• Support to Management: data analysis and extraction, preparation of sales statistics.
• General Activities: manage main phone line, welcome visitors and suppliers, send communications to dealer network, perform translations.
