Four Seasons Hotel Milano is seeking a proactive Cluster Reservations Manager to oversee daily reservations operations for Milano and San Domenico Palace, Taormina. You will monitor call and email handling, manage room inventory, and collaborate with Revenue and Sales to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Fluency in Italian and English is required along with solid experience in reservations and revenue management within luxury environments.

• Strong understanding of revenue management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Oversee daily operations of the cluster reservations and telecommunications departments for Milano and Taormina properties.

• Manage inventory, rate availability, and collaboration with Revenue and Sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Lead training and coaching across departments involved to drive cross-selling and process improvements.
