Job summary

Vialto Partners seeks an experienced Director of Client Growth to lead new business development in global mobility and professional services. You will drive revenue by closing deals and enabling partners to win opportunities across a global client base.

You will own prospecting, qualification, and end-to-end deal delivery, balancing direct selling with partner-led engagements and coordinating bids with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in complex, multi-stakeholder B2B services sales.
• Proven track record of new logo acquisition.
• Experience working with senior professionals (partners, MDs) in a professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Map the target market – identify multinational employers and PE-backed firms.
• Own systematic outreach and cadence across channels.
• Qualify opportunities and progress engagements; know when to bring in a partner.
• Coordinate RFPs and pitches to free partners to focus on content.
• Maintain CRM discipline and participate in weekly pipeline reviews.
• Co-develop target account plans with partners and align on outreach sequencing.
