Job summary

Finanz, a Milan-based fintech, seeks a hybrid role blending customer success and sales to own partner go-lives and drive growth with B2B partners. You will monitor adoption and outcomes, then identify opportunities to expand the collaboration.

You will collaborate with the founder and the B2B team, engage with partners at all levels from operations to the C-suite, and travel within Italy and internationally to meet partners. Use data and AI daily to support proposals and improvements.

Qualifications

• Language proficiency: Italian, English, Spanish, or French as applicable.
• Demonstrated sales instinct and ability to close deals.
• Strong understanding of digital products and usability for customers.
• Excellent presence and communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner go-lives from kick-off to launch with product and tech teams.
• Track partner adoption, engagement, and results; translate data into actionable plans.
• Be main point of contact; run meetings, present results, and negotiate with confidence.
• Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities with existing partners.
• Bring partner feedback to product team and drive relevant initiatives.
• Travel to meet partners in Italy and abroad.
