You will act as a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery and high client satisfaction across digital solutions.

You will lead new business opportunities, develop client proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions in a fast-paced, global setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B sales or professional services environment.
• Proven consultative selling techniques with sales targets.
• Experience building relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Exposure to proposals, bids and tender processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and achieve sales, revenue, and pipeline targets.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned market.
• Lead the development of client proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs and international teams to deliver client solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent International SOS at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
