Vertiv is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineering Specialist in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy to bridge global design, manufacturing and project management. You will drive process changes from concept to life cycle, optimizing NPDI, VAVE and Sustaining activities with a focus on quality and first-time-right execution.

You will collaborate with engineering teams worldwide, analyze processes, and report on performance while ensuring SOPs are consistently applied and improvements are adopted

Competenze

• Experience with NPDI, VAVE, and sustaining engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data presentation.

Mansioni

• Own improvement process identification, execution and implementation within engineering teams.
• Facilitate lessons learned, root-cause analysis and quality reviews after projects.
• Serve as the operational liaison for NPDI, VAVE and Sustaining teams globally.
• Generate weekly/monthly status reports focused on efficiency and adherence.
• Support PMOs in resource planning and capacity tracking across projects.
