Vertiv in Piove di Sacco, Italy, seeks an NPDI Project Manager to lead end-to-end product development and drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product management, manufacturing, and operations. This on-site role is part of the EMEA PMO, coordinating global and regional projects within Thermal Management.

The PMO-focused role ensures NPDI process adherence, resource planning, and timely product launches, with travel up to 20% in Europe.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project/Program Manager in a structured org.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, mainly in Europe.
• HVAC industry experience is preferred.
