Vertiv in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy is seeking a Project Manager for the Large Power Converters product line. You will drive New Product Development and NPDI governance, leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and more.

The role requires 6+ years in project/program management, strong execution discipline, and the ability to influence without direct authority. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary in Bologna area.

Competenze

• Over 6 years of project/program management experience in complex industrial/engineering environments.
• Proven ability to independently manage high-complexity cross-functional programs.
• Experience with governance, reporting, milestone tracking, and executive communication.
• Ability to lead without direct authority and drive accountability across functions.
• PM certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects and programs within the Large Power Converters Product Line.
• Own projects from initiation to launch with clear planning and disciplined execution.
• Track scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks, and dependencies for success.
• Prepare NPDI gate reviews, milestone reviews, and launch readiness assessments.
• Maintain dashboards, schedules, risk registers, issue logs, and executive status reporting.
• Communicate status clearly to leadership and stakeholders; drive alignment and decisions.
