Orange Business seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to guide bid development from qualification to submission, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring financial viability of proposals. You will lead initiatives to improve bid processes, dashboards, staffing plans, and BAFO cycles, while applying agile practices and contract risk awareness.

Competenze

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of experience in telecom, IT, or related sectors.
• Experience managing international, geographically dispersed teams; PMP or similar certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Guide the bid development process from qualification through submission.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant proposals.
• Provide financial oversight of bid proposals and ensure viability.
• Lead dashboards, project plans, and staffing plans for bids.
• Oversee the entire bid response cycle from submission to BAFO.
• Support internal projects as a Scrum Master and promote agile practices.
