ALTEN Italia is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to structure, coordinate and improve responses to strategic Telco opportunities, focused on transformation, managed services, and complex deals. This high-impact role requires commercial intelligence, rigor, and the ability to align technical, commercial, and financial elements into winning proposals.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in pre-sales, bid management, proposal management, solution selling support, or complex deal pursuit environments with TELCO clients.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders under time pressure and deliver compelling proposals.
• Experience translating client needs into coherent, competitive proposal structures and narratives.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid processes for strategic Telco opportunities.
• Work with Business Managers, Solution Architects, delivery stakeholders and leadership to structure competitive responses.
• Drive bid governance, timelines, workstreams and deliverable quality; support bid qualification and bid/no-bid decisions.
• Translate client needs into coherent proposal structures and win-oriented narratives.
• Ensure consistency across technical, commercial, operational and financial proposal components.
• Improve executive writing, value proposition articulation and overall proposal packaging.
• Contribute to repeatable bid assets, templates and working methods for complex Telco opportunities.
• Support cost logic and collaboration with finance/controlling as needed.
• Act as a quality gate on proposal clarity, coherence and competitiveness.
