ALTEN Italia is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to structure, coordinate and improve responses to strategic Telco opportunities, focusing on transformation, managed services and complex deals.

This high-impact orchestration role requires commercial intelligence, rigorous writing, and the ability to align technical, commercial and financial aspects into competitive proposals. You will drive governance, timelines and stakeholder alignment to win bids and grow ALTEN's Telco business.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in pre-sales, bid management, proposal management or similar (Telco clients).
• Experience with medium-to-large bids in telecom, managed services, outsourcing or transformation programs.
• Strong ability to coordinate stakeholders under time pressure.
• Excellent written communication and proposal structuring skills.
• Understanding bid governance, timelines, dependencies and review cycles.
• Ability to connect technical, commercial and financial dimensions into one coherent response.
• Experience in solution-oriented proposal environments, not only administrative tender management.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid processes for strategic Telco opportunities.
• Work with Business Managers, Solution Architects, delivery stakeholders and leadership to structure responses.
• Drive bid governance, timelines, workstreams and deliverable quality.
