Job summary

ALMACO Group is seeking an After Sales Specialist to join our Lifecycle Services team in an international setting. You will support spare parts and equipment sales, act as a central point of contact for customers and logistics partners, and ensure a smooth order lifecycle from quotation to delivery.

You will coordinate with vendors and customers, manage orders, support invoicing, and strive for exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of B2B business models.
• Clear written and spoken communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Structured and service‑oriented approach to work.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations.
• Handle customer purchase orders and confirmations.
• Manage supplier purchase orders.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with vendors, logistics and customers.
• Support invoicing and monitor overdue receivables.
• Respond promptly to customer and partner inquiries.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.
• Take responsibility for customer accounts and related after-sales tasks.
